Very friendly staff. Very nice place. Restaurant very good.

Hot water took too long to arrive. For an eco-friendly hotel there is a big waste of water.

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and great staff.

The grounds are beautiful, pool wonderful and the restaurant had great food. The staff is exceptional!

Rooms closer to the restaurant can be a bit noisy with music on the weekends.

Great place to stay in Pereira! Amazing staff and comfy rooms!

great facilities and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! we had to leave the hotel at 4am and we got a little breakfast to go! Anything you need, they are there to make your stay super comfortable! The pool is great and the bed was excellent!

the pool and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. i was only there for one day but they also had a nice large banquet hall

Loved the place and the staff! Will stay with them again.

Staff is very helpful and always willing to accommodate needs or requests.

Next time, I would choose a room away from all the lights and the pool area because I have trouble sleeping and anything keeps we awake. However, once I told management (Patricia) about my problem they turned off the lights in front of my room so I could sleep better and it worked.

nice and willing... nice staff and very helpfull. Nice area, beautiful swimming pool. Jacuzzi and hammam ... Nice choice of food at a very good price. Good service.

2 flaws: due to their desire to be ecologists, the solar panels don't let you get hot water in the shower every day. It has to be improved. Certain prices on the menu card, where not the real prices... Told them to correct that...

I enjoyed my stay very much. For the price, there was a lot of amenities that is great for groups.

Breakfast was simple but filling. I enjoyed it. Came with either 2 ham and cheese sandwiches or scrambled eggs with colombian cheese. choice of drinks were either chocolate or coffee.

Wifi was only accessible in certain parts of the room and would sometimes lose connection.

Exceptional

A warm, personal welcome. Lovely staff who all put in some extra effort to make you feel at home. Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated rooms. I had the best dinner and they even made me a breakfast to go, since I had to leave for the airport very early. Transport to the airport was also perfect and on time.

Somewhat noisy because of the busy traffic and some other guests.

Great value for money, beautiful, full of things to do and enjoy your stay.

It had a great amount of amenities: loved the sauna and the jacuzzi.

The minibus was not there on time to pick us up.
